Counseling
Students have access to school-based counseling services that promote emotional well-being and personal growth, supported through partnerships with NYAP and Kids Thrive.
Family Resources
We connect families with valuable resources to strengthen support both at home and at school:
- Family Resource Closet stocked with clothing, coats, and essentials
- Community partnerships with Columbus Library, Southside Thrive, Reeb Center, Columbus Blessing Boxes, and Franklin County Job and Family Services Resource Fair
- Operation Warm provides donated coats for all students
- Little Library book access for families
Food Services
Nutritious meals are served daily, with free breakfast and lunch available to all enrolled students.
Tutoring & Summer Programs
We offer academic support throughout the year to help students succeed:
- In-school tutoring through Amplify during the regular school day
- Summer School available each June for all grade levels
EMPOWER After School Program
EMPOWER After School Program is an after-school program, Monday–Thursday from 3:15-6:00 pm. Former Ohio State Buckeyes and NFL veterans Braxton Miller and DeVier Posey developed the program. Designed to build confidence, resilience, and life skills in youth, the program blends physical activity, eSports, tutoring, and home work assistance. Participants gain tools in self-management, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking—while having fun in a structured, supportive environment.
